Returns & Exchanges Policy

We truly hope you love your PKI-U pieces, but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help. We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of the delivery date under the conditions outlined below.

🛍️ Returns

You may return any eligible item within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as the item is unworn, unwashed, in its original condition, and with all tags attached.

Once the tag is removed, the item becomes non-returnable and non-refundable. This policy is in place to protect hygiene and ensure quality for every customer.

Final Sale items are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances.

Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or damaged.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method for peace of mind.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once the return is received and inspected.

🔁 Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We’re happy to help, as long as the item is still in its original condition with the tag attached.

We offer size and color exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
Items with the tag removed are not eligible for exchange.

To start an exchange:

Email our team at info@pki-u.com with your order number and preferred exchange details.

⚠️ Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. We’ll make it right with a free return or exchange — no extra charges.

Please email clear photos and a brief description of the issue to info@pki-u.com.

📌 Important Notes

Items without original tags, worn or washed items will not be accepted.
Final Sale items, gift cards, or promotional giveaways are non-returnable.
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for items purchased outside of pki-u.com, such as Amazon or other third-party platforms.
