Shipping Policy

We’re excited to deliver your PKI-U pieces with care and efficiency.

Orders placed before 12:00 PM PST (Monday–Friday) are typically processed and shipped the same business day. Orders placed after that time, or during weekends and holidays, will ship on the next business day.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States. 

Please note that orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO military addresses, and U.S. territories are not eligible for free shipping and may experience longer delivery times depending on carrier availability.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package all the way to your door.
