Shipping policy

We’re excited to deliver your PKI-U pieces with care and efficiency.

Orders placed Monday–Thursday are typically processed and shipped the next business day. Orders placed Friday–Sunday will typically ship the following Monday. Public holidays may delay dispatch until the next business day.

Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 calendar days after dispatch within the contiguous United States. Estimated arrival dates shown on product pages include processing time. Delivery dates are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or weather.

We offer free standard shipping on orders of $59 or more within the contiguous United States. Expedited shipping, when available, is charged separately at checkout and is not included in the free shipping offer.

Please note that orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO military addresses, and U.S. territories are not eligible for free shipping and may experience longer delivery times depending on carrier availability.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package all the way to your door.
